03How I build

Three rules for AI that people can trust

A demo only has to work once. A pipeline that emails stakeholders every week has to keep working. These rules come straight from systems I've built.

  1. rule_01

    Verify before it ships

    Model output is a claim until it's checked. In Groundswell, every customer quote the LLM writes is matched against the verbatim review before it can reach a stakeholder.

    Re-runs should be boring

    Pipelines fail and get retried. Runs are idempotent per product and week, so running one twice never sends a second report or email, and every run is audited.

    Treat input as hostile

    Public text is untrusted. PII is scrubbed before it reaches a model, prompts are hardened against injection, and rate limits trigger retries instead of failed runs.
